Return Process

  Log into your NIDA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to NIDA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
